People have seen many frowns when they hear that someone loves eating vegetables. They frequently question about the diet. Many people remain strictly associated to the plant-based foods. Well, this is their decision to stay away from animal foods. However, there are many who become instantly curious as soon as they know that someone is a total vegan.

Eating Vegetables Can Be Joyful:

Well, there is a lot of joy associated with eating veggies. Just think of the elegance of a butter lettuce. Its leaves opening like a rose in the summer. The lovely saffron color flesh of a winter squash brings freshness during the cold season. The soft and delicate leaves of pea plants. The unusual sizes and variety of hues of ripped red tomatoes are a sight for the sore eyes.

Going on further, bring in mind a meal from orange pumpkin layered with bread crumbs, flaked with garlic and parsley. Moreover, imagine all these getting roasted to perfection. Add tart of leaves along with some mushrooms in the crumbly crust. Take crispy baby bok choy sauteed with some fresh ginger. Add some risotto dotted on the asparagus and tomatoes. You can feel the delicacy in your tongue.

As kids, we have studied in schools that vegetables give us strength and are good for the immune, digestive etc. systems. Vegetables are overall good for our body and fulfills its need nb. Eating vegetables gives us a balanced diet and a balanced lifestyle we have been wishing for since centuries.

With growing awareness, people are turning away from animal based food and products day by day. As they get to know the pros and cons of animal-based food they switch to plant-based diets. This helps them in creating the line that what is good for them and their body and what isn’t. Moreover, replacing animal-based foods with plant-based ones is not only helping out the human beings. It is also benefiting the planet where we live.

We have already damaged our planet a lot. This has also damaged the resources and polluted the environment. Due to our inefficiencies and careless attitudes our planet has been damaged since so long. Therefore, as the ruling species of the planet, we need to take charge of changing things. The tide needs to get switched in order to get out alive of this mess. Therefore, we should make the world greener!

We, as responsible individuals, should bring about a change in the society and environment and the first step we need to take is to switch from animal-based diet to a plant-based diet.
